Proof-of-Execution · Powered by UBT

The missing
verification layer
for AI and enterprise.

Proof-of-Execution provides cryptographic proof that real-world actions actually happened — for AI systems, enterprises, and supply chains. Built on eight years of enterprise blockchain infrastructure. As AI systems act autonomously and regulation tightens, proving execution becomes a requirement — not an option.

Enterprise solutions from Unibright

Eight years of building enterprise blockchain infrastructure — from visual smart contract tooling to the Baseline Protocol, from Baseledger consensus to enterprise process synchronization. Every product taught us what enterprises actually need. All of it converges in one protocol: Proof-of-Execution.

Integration Toolkit

Unibright Framework

The original Unibright product — a visual smart contract builder and blockchain integration toolkit for enterprises. No-code workflow automation connecting legacy business systems to blockchain networks. In production since 2018.

Enterprise Network

Baseledger

A purpose-built enterprise blockchain network for synchronizing business processes across organizational boundaries. Mainnet live since March 2022. UBT as native staking and governance token.

Sync Platform

Unibright.ONE

Enterprise process synchronization platform — connecting ERP systems, supply chain networks, and blockchain infrastructure. No-code/low-code integration with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise systems.

Tokenization

Freequity

Asset tokenization platform — real-world asset representation on-chain. Enterprise tokenization infrastructure for securities, real estate, and alternative assets. First production deployment of UBT as utility payment mechanism.

The Verification Layer
for AI and Enterprise

AI agents act autonomously — but who verifies what they did? Federated learning models train on distributed data — but who proves participants were honest? Generative AI creates content — but who anchors its provenance? Enterprises report ESG compliance — but who proves the numbers are real? Proof-of-Execution closes this gap: cryptographic, immutable, machine-readable proof that an action was actually executed.

AI Agent Attestation

Any AI agent — Claude, GPT, Gemini — can anchor its actions on-chain via native MCP integration. Every decision, every tool call, every output gets a cryptographic proof. Trust scores build over time. Misconduct gets slashed.

Federated Learning Verification

FL participants can submit fake gradients without detection. Proof-of-Execution integrates as a Flower Custom Strategy: each training round generates a Proof-of-Computation anchored on-chain. Stake, train, prove — or get slashed.

Content Provenance

C2PA uses centralized trust lists — single points of failure. Proof-of-Execution extends C2PA with blockchain-anchored timestamps, a decentralized Trust Registry, and AI workflow provenance: which model, which parameters, which training data produced an output.

ESG & CO₂ Reporting

EU regulations (CSRD, CBAM) mandate machine-readable proof — PDF reports cannot satisfy them. Companies claim emissions reductions; Proof-of-Execution proves them, from green steel provenance to scope-3 disclosures.

Digital Product Passport

EU regulation mandates Digital Product Passports for batteries, textiles, and electronics from 2027. Proof-of-Execution provides the tamper-proof, machine-readable verification layer linking every product to its full execution history.

Supply Chain Traceability

"Sustainably sourced", "conflict-free", "fair trade" — proves the claim actually happened, not just that it was made. From fashion to semiconductors, every step in the chain becomes a verifiable proof.

How it works

Three primitives behind every proof

SyncTree

Selective disclosure. Prove any single field of a business document without revealing the rest. Only the root hash goes on-chain.

Trust Levels

Progressive trust. Every proof grows from self-signed (TL1) to multi-validator (TL4) and extended multi-party verification. Trust that builds over time, not a binary yes/no.

TrustMesh

Verified graph. Multi-party approvals build a network of validated execution across counterparties — proofs as nodes, attestations as edges.

Protocol fees will be taken in UBT on every proof. Every AI agent attestation, every federated learning round, every content anchor, every ESG proof — 20% of the fee will be burned, 30% will go to validators, 20% to the treasury, 30% to credit backing. UBT has a fixed supply of 150 million, circulating since 2018.

Note: The protocol mechanics, fee parameters, and economic model described above reflect the planned design of ProofMatter, currently in development with public testnet planned for Q3 2026. All figures are indicative and subject to change.

Universal Business Token

The utility token powering all Unibright products. Not a new token launch — UBT has been circulating since 2018 with a fixed supply and established utility. The upcoming ProofMatter protocol will add a protocol-defined burn mechanism, with a portion of every proof fee permanently removed from circulation.

150M
Fixed Supply
No inflation. No additional minting.
Ethereum ERC-20
Native on Ethereum mainnet. Interoperable with all major DeFi infrastructure.
Circulating Since 2018
Established utility token, in circulation since 2018. Not a new launch — renewed utility.
Utility Token
Used exclusively for protocol access and technical execution. No profit rights, no asset backing, no e-money function.
100% Public Circulation
Distributed entirely via the 2018 ICO. No team allocation, no advisor unlocks, no vesting cliffs.

What UBT is used for

  • Staking & validation — Validators stake UBT to participate in proof attestation across Unibright products. Honest validation earns fee rewards; dishonest behavior is slashed.
  • Proof generation fees — UBT is consumed when generating cryptographic proofs. Each fee triggers a protocol-defined token flow: 20% burned, 30% to validators, 20% to treasury, 30% to credit backing.
  • Protocol governance — UBT holders participate in on-chain governance decisions for Unibright protocol parameters and Trust Registry management.
  • Credit backing — A portion of protocol fees flows into a reserve supporting the operational stability of the Proof Credit system.

Protocol activity: Adoption → Proofs → Protocol-defined token flows (burn / validator allocation / treasury / credit backing).
